Verdancy Retreats
BRINGING YOUR
COMMUNITY TO LIFE
We plan and run retreats for creators, communities, and small teams — venue to final payments.
You show up as a guest at your own event.
You already know the retreat would be worth it.
What stops you isn’t the idea. It’s the four hundred decisions between here and there: the venue contract, the room block, the deposit schedule, the dietary restrictions, the person whose flight gets cancelled at 6am on day one. That’s our work. We take the logisttics, the contracts, and the money handling completely off your plate, so the only thing you have to do is be present with your people.
What We Handle
Everything between the idea and the welcome bag.
Design & Venue
We scout locations, negotiate the contracts, and build an itinerary with the right ratio of together-time and breathing room for everyone.
Attendee Care
Every dietary need, room preference, arrival time, and question — tracked and answered before it becomes your problem.
Money & Contracts
We collect registrations, sign the vendor agreements, and manage the budget. You walk away with a portion of the profits.
On-Site Execution
We’re there the whole time, running the day. When things go sideways or someone gets lost, we’re there to fix it.
“I was able to just show up.”
“It is hard to imagine planning a 70-person, 3-day retreat that is thousands of miles and three time zones away from you and having it go off without a hitch. But they managed this with aplomb.”
— Attendee, 70-person community retreat, Cincinnati“There was literally never a moment that I wasn't sure where to be or what was next, and they thought of every detail for every attendee”
— Attendee, local bookshop retreat“Bringing a community out of the internet and into the real world is a feat, and they made it all seem like it was as easy as breathing.”

What’s Coming Up with Verdancy:
Who’s Behind This?
Two people. One very long checklist.
Christi Matthews designs and runs the retreats. She’s the one who knows everyone’s name and the reason people sign up for the next one before the first one ends.
Alise Napp runs the operation behind it — contracts, budgets, registration, and the systems that make sure nothing lands on you.
Between us, you get a retreat that feels effortless for you and your community.
Let’s talk about your community…
Tell us who your people are and what you’re imagining. We’ll tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and what it would look like to bring your community to life with us.
